  • Hill sprints
  • Interval sprints
  • Body weight exercises
  • Body Bag conditioning

  • Circuits with light resistance
  • Plyometrics
  • Military type circuits
  • Abdominal & core stability conditioning
  • 5 aside football




We also meet up on different days/times other than our scheduled  training sessions, for running drills, at places such as Delamere forest, various running  tracks and we also travel around various different boxing clubs/ gyms, for sparring at no extra cost.


Parents are more than welcome to stay for the sessions. Tea & Coffee will be available at no cost.

Juniors that show  the potential and ambition to compete will be invited onto one of  the more advanced classes.

I first went to Frank back in 2011 as I needed help to get fitter and lose some weight, when I first started I weighed 19st 2lbs. Since then under Franks guidance and training I have managed to get my weight down to 15st 4lbs and I have competed in an amateur boxing contest and various sporting events. Boxing Fit provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, especially for beginners, The classes are tailored for all levels of fitness, gender and age.
