- Doesn’t involve complex recipes
- Doesn’t involve supplements or magic pills
- Doesn’t involve starving yourself or skipping meals
You can book your Personal Training sessions with Frank Collins, whom is a Level 2 Gym Instructor and a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer.
Cancellations – Please give at least 24 hours before cancellation as there are limited times/spaces, this allows us time to re-book.
You can also bring a training partner at a discount price, giving you great value for money.
Personal Training £20 per hour
£25 for two clients, this includes Training Diary & Nutritional Advice/Plan for both clients.
