Personal Training is available at R A Fitness.

We can create a specific training plan to suit your individual needs and help you achieve your goal.

This includes regular Body Composition & Nutrition Plans/Advice and we also keep a training diary for every client.

You can book your Personal Training sessions with Frank Collins, whom is a Level 2 Gym Instructor and  a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer.

Cancellations – Please give at least 24 hours before cancellation as there are limited times/spaces, this allows us time to re-book.

You can also bring a training partner at a discount price, giving you great value for money.

Prices

Personal Training £20 per hour

£25 for two clients, this includes Training Diary & Nutritional Advice/Plan for both clients.
